“Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts
become your words. Keep your words positive because your words
become your behaviors. Keep your behaviors positive because your
behaviors become your habits. Keep your habits positive because
your habits become your values. Keep your values positive because
your values become your destiny.”

WANT TO JOIN THE
TEAM? Free evaluations are scheduled as
needed. Call 730-4076 or email office@bacswim.com to receive
additional information about the club and schedule your evaluation
today. We offer 4, 8, and 11 month programs. Swimmers
may sign up any time during the year provided there is space
available.
We are parent-run nonprofit organization offering a year round
swimming program of instruction, training and competition for
swimmers ages 4-19 years old. This program strives to instill in
young people high self-esteem, personal responsibility,
sportsmanship, self-motivation and an understanding of goal setting
and achievement; all through the sport of competitive swimming.
The BAC swim program is designed with long-term growth
progression in mind. The swim groups are set up so swimmers move
from one swim group to the next higher performance group as their
skills improve and they mature both physically and emotionally. The
coaching staff works together to insure the appropriate and smooth
transition from one swim group to the next. MORE>>
Weather Conditions
and Practices. Check the hotline 254-9962
and this website for any changes to the BAC practice schedule due
to weather conditions. BAC does not follow the school
systems. We are open for practice as long as BSRC is
open and coaches can get to the facility. Families should use
their own discretion as to whether or not conditions are
safe enough to transport swimmers to and from
practice. If no alert is posted on the hotline or the
website, then practices are running as usual.
